What’s the difference between Authentic and Replica jerseys?

Great question, and the most important one we get.

Authentic jerseys are player issue jerseys (or the ones the players wear), will have sublimated print (no stitched / embroidered badges) and a slim athletic cut (ever seen a player get help to get the jersey on).

Replica jerseys are what is sold in the retail environment. They have stitched or embroidered badges, and offer a looser, more relaxed fit for everyday comfort.

Do you hold all jerseys in stock?

While we hold some stock, we do not hold all stock that is shown on our site.  We use a network of suppliers and manufacturers to supply the jerseys in our catalogue and that is what contributes to the 2-3 week turn around.

How long does it take to get my order?

Depending on stock levels, orders typically take 10 business days unless you are in the regional areas, Northern Territory or overseas. Please be advised all delivery dates are approximate depending on the shipping carrier.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer free shipping Australia wide, international shipping please add additional costs.

We offer free shipping to Australia & New Zealand addresses.

Do you offer a Rush Service?

Not at this stage, however we are looking to add in the future.

Can I return my jersey if I change my mind?

The only returns we accept isproduct that maybe defective, as stated in our Returns Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong selection. If there is any issues with your jersey please contact us via email and we will do all we can to help you.

Do you have a Customer Support Service?

We do have a customer support service.  You can reach us at info@jerseykingzaustralia.com with any queries. We contact all customers via email, so all parties have a clear communication as to what is going on.

Where are you based?

We are based in Brisbane North, QLD.  We do not have a shop front at this stage however our plan is to have one in the future.

Do you offer discounts if I buy more then 1?

From tim to time we may offer mutli item purchase deals. For bulk deals of 10+ please contact us

What is the Estimated Shipping Date?

The Estimated Shipping Date on each product refers to a date range in which we expect to be able to complete the order and send it.  It does not reference delivery dates as we have no control over the postal or courier system.

I didn't get an order confirmation.
